Mac’s Function Centre has built a great reputation for conferences and social functions in its wonderful character-filled building on Wellington’s picturesque waterfront.

The Venue

We have three private rooms superbly located on Wellington's stunning waterfront. The Mac's Function Centre is a great choice for your next meeting or social event. The location, spectacular views of the harbour, natural light and ambience of this historic building make the venue a popular choice.

The rooms can be easily configured for small or large groups. and we have everything you could want on hand. Or on tap, as it were.

Features

Mac’s Function Centre recently appointed Athfield architects to further expand and develop its historic site and now boasts four conference rooms to accommodate both small and large events.

The upgrade - which has doubled the number of function rooms available and tripled our capacity - includes physical features such as saw tooth roofing, natural brick, and a mix of carpet and wooden flooring. It is a stunning and perfect tribute to this historic building.

Other features available at the Mac’s complex include:

• free Wi-Fi
• full catering services
• balcony with harbour views
• dramatic spacious entrance foyer and lobby spaces
• full audio visual equipment, including large screens, P.A., music system, staging and lighting
• great natural light in all rooms
• drive-in vehicle access for vehicle displays and trade shows

Location

We are ideally situated between Te Papa and the Te Wharewaka complex, giving conference delegates a central base from which to enjoy the best of what our wonderful capital city has on offer.

Most of Wellington’s finest hotels are within walking distance, and car parking is available next door at Te Papa.

Venue Contract & Cancellation Details
